Gloucs and Saints served up an absolute thriller in Kingsholm's first league game of the season. If it continues like this we will be in for some season. 

At half tme the Cherry and Whites were 31-7 down and staring down the proverbial barrel. However, an astonishing second- half saw them actually take a one point lead only for a last ditch penalty to give Saints the win. Gloucs 35 Saints 37.

Saints had actually gone 31-0 up before Gloucs woke up with Cameron Jordan finally getting his side on the scoresheet. 

Different game second half as Will Joseph, James Venter, and Cam Jordan's second putting Saints in a panic. So much so they had three players yellow carded.

Afo Fasogbon then scored Gloucs' fifth try - to much delight - only for  Anthony Belleau to break home hearts with that late pen.

Phew! Two points won though which didn't look likely after the first half an hour.
