Barnsley Withdraw Cywka Offer

Following reports that Tomasz Cywka had rejected a new deal, the club for some reason felt the need to say that this was not the case.

Barnsley have said that they withdrew their offer as Cywka had taken too long to decide.

To me Cywka has basically rejected the offer by not getting back in touch with the club and Barnsley’s need to make this statement just makes them look stupid and pathetic.

It is as though they are trying to say that the club are in control when it is clear that they are not.

It is obvious that the current offers aren’t what the players wanted otherwise they would have signed up by now.

I am really beginning to worry about our ability to attract players to our football club and I am already beginning to fear another relegation battle.
