Corey O'Keeffe recalled from Stockport loan

Corey O'Keeffe has returned from his loan at Stockport County and is expected to be involved in Conor Hourihane's plans for the second half of the season.

The 27-year-old has made 23 appearances for Stockport County this season in all competitions and has 1 goal and 2 assists.

He made 46 appearances for Barnsley last season in all competitions and ended the campaign with 9 assists.

The wingback was no longer needed as Barnsley switched from a back 3 to a back 4 under Conor Hourihane this summer, however the amount of games Barnsley will have to play in the second half of the season means O’Keeffe could be a useful squad option.
