Barnsley host Exeter

Barnsley will look to bounce back from a defeat against Wycombe when they host Exeter on Saturday at Oakwell.

The Reds did not register a shot on target against the Chairboys midweek.

In terms of injury news, Tawanda Chirewa and Josh Earl are expected back after the next international break, so early April.

Patrick Kelly is expected to be back for Mansfield away on 14 March.

As for opponents Exeter, they sit 18th and haven’t won in their last eight games.

Matt Taylor was reappointed manager on March 3 2026, replacing interim manager Dan Green following the departure of Gary Caldwell.

The two sides met earlier in the season, with Exeter winning 3-0.
