Were 'KP' Texts Provoked?

Claims from ECB chief executive David Collier that the text row which overshadowed England's text series with South Africa, were provoked by the visitors, have been strongly denied by the Proteas.....

"For them to turn around and get our players involved is really, really unfair," said Mohammed Moosajee, manager of the South African team. "Kevin Pietersen knows he sent the messages to our players." He went on.

Collier had said that he beleived that the South Africans, "provoked" the text row, in order to gain the advantage in the test series, which the visitors won of course.

Moosajee added: "The fact David hasn't had sight of those messages, for him to make insinuations that the Proteas players instigated this whole fracas is both irresponsible and unfair."
