It was roles reversed for the second Twenty20 in Hamilton, as the home side were oddly put into bat by England captain Stuart Broad, and made the visitors chase the ball round the park, before bowling them out cheaply to square the three match series....
New Zealand skipper Brendon McCullum made a superb 74 from just 55 balls as New Zealand posed 192-6 from their 20 overs.
Jade Dernbach, who had recovered from a spike to the arm in practice the day previous, was the pick of the England bowlers with 3-38 from his four overs.
England were never in the running to chase down the large total, and at one point slumped to 62-6, but another half century from in-form Jos Buttler at least ensured they made 137 all out from 19.3 overs.
