Positives: He's still young and improving, had a phenomenal season last year, and would provide us with some much needed pace. Ben Arfa, Jonas, and N'Zogbia could create a deadly attacking midfield in a 4-2-3-1 with the right man up front.

Negatives: 6 months after this deal goes through, Arsenal, Real Madrid, Inter Milan, and Barcelona will be trying to sign him.

It's a difficult question to answer so flatly. Who would he push out of the squad? Nolan? Jonas? He's a very good player but what about his ego? He won't sit the bench. Unless someone is sold, I just don't think this should be our priority in any case.

If he got down on his knees and begged then maybe. He'd have to clap his hands and jump up like a seal to catch his contract.

When Pardew adds the clause that allows for any fan to flag him before each game, then I'll be on board.

No because he is just the player shining in a weak side, we have been here before with Wilson Palacios he was being tipped to play in the top four but cant even get a game for Spurs,

I would rather go down the direction we are going now, and look to unearth talent in lower class leagues, I think the targets we are being linked with look decent & not everyone is going to be looking at them as they are not household names accross here, Jose Salomon Rondon, Gameiro, Cabaye, M'bengue, all could prove themselves here at half the price, we have shown we have good scouting knowledge with the acquisition of Tiote who cost nothing and is probably our best transfer bargain since Andy Cole!

so for me Zog at 12-15 mill no thanks

I largely agree, mighty.

I do think you have to bring in some established talent from time to time, but this guy at that price is not a fit for us.
