Team Line-Ups/Match Thread: Rangers v Newcastle Utd

Newcastle United manager Alan Pardew has named Papiss Cisse upfront for this evening's game against Rangers but as expected new loan signing Loic Remy isn't on the teamsheet. Shola Ameobi has recovered from a dead leg and joins the bench alongside brother Sammy and Tim Krul plays his first pre-season game, whilst Elliot drops to the bench. Rangers manager Ally McCoist has named seven of his new signings for tonight's game.

 

Newcastle United

Krul, Debuchy, Coloccini (c), S.Taylor, Santon; Tiote, Cabaye; Sissoko, Ben Arfa, Gutierrez; Cissé.

Substitutes

Elliot, Yanga-Mbiwa, Dummett, Anita, Gosling, Marveaux, Gouffran, Sammy Ameobi, Shola Ameobi.

Rangers

Bell; Foster, McCulloch, Mohsni, Wallace; Peralta, Black, Macleod, Law; Clark, Daly.

Bad pre-season. Sent off and given a penalty away.....hope he gets his frustration out now and not during the season else he could become a problem
