Newcastle United striker Yoan Gouffran has told The Chronicle that he doesn't care where is plays - he is happy to work for the team. Gouffran who has been an important player for the team this season explained how versatile he is and accepts he will, at times, need to work around other players.
He said;
"We have a lot of quality options here. We have Loic Remy as well as Shola Ameobi and Papiss Cisse in the squad.
I don't mind who I play with. We have a lot of competition for places and that is the most important thing. We must keep working hard.
I am the type of player who wants to do a job for the team. That is the most important thing for me.
I can play in different positions in attack or, if needed, I can play as a number nine.
It is up to the manager to decide. I will play in whatever role he asks me."

He should surely stop Jonas getting back into the team.
