Newcastle United manager Alan Pardew has named Hatem Ben Arfa in the starting eleven and Steven Taylor who hasn't been in the first team since August is on the bench. Stephen Ireland starts on the bench for Stoke City but goal-keeper Begovic is unavailable with a hand injury.

1 midfielder on the bench, is marveaux still injured? surely we have other midfielders to use
