Newcastle United Complete De Jong Signing - He Speaks

Newcastle United have completed the signing of Luuk De Jong on loan until the end of the season. The 23 year old will move to Newcastle with the club having the option make the move permanent at the end of the season.

The Dutchman will wear the No.18 shirt and is expected to make his debut in the Derby at the weekend.

De Jong said of the move Newcastle is a great club and I have a good feeling about it.

"I am very impressed with the stadium and training ground and have been made to feel very welcome by everyone I have met.

It has been a tough season for me so far but I am here to play games and want to be important for the team, and successful with goals and assists.

I am really looking forward to playing for Newcastle."
