Colback, crocodiles and corporate corpulence!

Well with the news yesterday, that Mike Ashley’s arms stretched far enough to reach his pockets, comes the revelation that a stuffed Crocodile was found been found in a stream at Carnwath Golf Course in South Lanarkshire, Scotland.

Now I am not saying for a fact that this is where his wallet has been all these long months, but the coincidence I believe speaks for itself. The cloud of moths that invaded my kitchen last night, causing my daughter to attempt to permanently impair my hearing, may also be connected.

So come on Ash, does another crocogator have to perish or could you possibly keep your wallet nearer to the surface.

This brings me neatly on to ginger footballers (well ok it doesn’t).

There appears to be a ground swell of resentment against the potential signing of Colback, Now first if it’s simply because he is a Mackem, well we have had a few of those before and they appeared to work out alright, Bracewell, Venison ect.

While we gave them Bramble, which is almost revenge in itself.

However if it’s down to the fact that he is meant to be a replacement for Cabaye, then that is a different matter. He is not fit to lace the man’s drinks.

However I actually rate Colback and would welcome him, along with the rather alarming stat, which he will then become the last toon player to score in a derby at St James’.

Elsewhere in the news, His royal porkiness, has decided to take more of a back seat at Newcastle. Now if you’re anything like me, you may be actually wondering when exactly did he have a front seat?

But it makes sense, obviously his sports stores are all over the country, not just in Newcastle, so there is possibly a perception in other parts of the country, that a quid in his stores is helping Newcastle.

Obviously we know better, a quid in his store is well…A quid in his store.

Colback plays a lot deeper than Cabaye did, if anything i can see him taking Anita's spot

Like I said before , I will give any player a chance to prove themselves
But the fact remains he is the replacement for cabaye
Not in a positional sense but in numbers the way fat ash sees it we sold a midfielder for 20m sign one on a free = good business he doesn't know or care about how or what style they play
And as for pardew I highly doubt his intelligence on where a player is suited and will probably play him in every position apart from his naturally suited role anyway

As I alluded to in the article, I don't see him as any sort of replacement, however I don't actually see it as the nightmare signing that a lot of fans seem to feel he is.

Depends on how he is to be used, I could see him being useful.
