Arsenal bound?

According to the mirror, Arsenal are trying to prise defender Mathieu Debuchy away from St James’.
The player was quoted as saying earlier on in the week saying that he was ‘missing’ the champions league, and under Newcastle’s current ownership that prospect would seem a long way off.
However, Newcastle are thought to be ready to demand Carl Jenkinson in part exchange, with Arsenal understood to be reluctant to part, with a player they see as having massive potential.
As Debuchy has 4 years left on his contract, and is one of the few players to have actually stood out last season, it is thought that it would take a substantial amount of money to secure the signing.
But let’s face matters if a decent bid comes in, Ashley will sell if his track record counts for anything.
What Newcastle have to put out on the pitch, will always remain second place, to Ashley’s back pocket.
With Krul reportedly wanted by Spurs, replacements now appear more desperate than ever.
Never fear though, we have a line that will stop them coming in.
