Another one out, still none in.

Newcastle midfielder Romain Amalfitano becomes the latest to depart St James’ joining what is fast approaching a clear out. After struggling to make any impression at all on the starting line up, the player will be joining French Ligue 2 club Dijon on a three-year deal.
While, it has to be admitted, that his departure will likely have any effect on our squad for next season, the said squad is looking more threadbare than ever.
You have to hope that all these fringe players leaving, is having an effect on our wage bill, and will allow us to actually move the bloody line, at least a bit towards signing a player, that isn’t either a) one for the future. B) Free.
If this keeps up and no-one arrives to replace them, I would like to offer my services.
I am cheap, I can pay my own metro fare, have my own boots, which haven’t been used in about 20 years, I am not particularly any good, but after watching a certain player of late, I do feel I can bite people.
So let us all applaud this regime, shortly we will not only be making a profit, but we will have no wage bill of any description.
And won’t that make his little chubby heart proud?

And Im glad amalfitano has left he was rubbish tbh, I think we got the wrong brother. Same with Luuk last season.
