Campbell Praises Team Character

Town's on loan striker DJ Campbell, who netted his sides first goal in the 2-1 win over Bolton Wanderers this afternoon, has praised the character of his team-mates.

Speaking to the Official Club website after the game, QPR striker Campbell said: "It was a massive three points and the lads are all buzzing.

"We’ve come to Bolton and won, which is a tough task in itself, and it just tops off a good week following the win over Forest.

“I think coming back after a poor start just shows the character in the team and I was delighted for Chops (Michael Chopra) at the end there.

“We’re on the up and we’ve got to keep that going. I definitely think the future is bright for Ipswich but we’re not getting carried away. We’re taking it one game at a time and the main focus is now Millwall on Saturday.”
