Town in for Forest Keeper Camp

Ipswich Town are said to be keen on the idea of signing 28 year old Nottingham Forest goalkeeper Lee Camp as they look to add to their goalkeeping options at Portman Road.

Scott Loach is currently occupying the first choice keeper slot at the club following the return of Stephen Henderson to loan club West Ham, and Town boss Mick McCarthy has made it no secret that he would like to add a third goalkeeper to his ranks in addition to Loach and Arran Lee-Barrett.

It's understood that Town have already held talks with former Derby glovesman Camp and the player is currently weighing up his possible options after being told he can leave the City Ground at the end of the season. Speculation has also linked the player with a move to fellow Championship side Hull City and Premier League side Reading.
