There will be another 18 games to go after we have played our game at Plymouth but this is still one of those benchmark games which can turn a season ...

Neither side has set the league on fire - with not a win between us. As a result we are both languishing in the bottom three.

The Blues did show much more promise last week in the 36-30 defeat by Scottish, and that form simply must be carried into this game if we are to kick on and move up the league.

The Blues have strengthend the squad with the sigining of Tongan World Cup hopeful Viliami Hakalo, but he will have to wait a week or two for his debut.

So the only changes are  Jake Sharp and Ollie Dodge coming in behind the scrum and up front Eoin Sheriff starts after Harry Wells was recalled by Tigers.

Albion make four changes to the side that came away from Rotherham Titans with a losing bonus point. In the backs dual registered winger Jack Arnott make his first Albion start of the season after scoring his first Premiership try of his career in Exeter Chiefs opening day win at London Welsh.

In the front row Tom Fidler returns at loose head and lock Neale Patrick has recovered from a shoulder injury and replaces Tom Jubb.

In the back row Eoghan Grace comes in for Rob Langley who picked up  injury at Rotherham.
