Cavalry Returns For Cross Keys

The big guns are back for the visit of Cross Keys in the B&I Cup. Paul Tupai, Mike Howard and James Pritchard all start .....

They'll be joined by  Darrell Dyer, Peter White, Charlie Clare and James Currie as both sides look for their first win in the competition.

We lost at Cornish Pirates right at the end of last week's game while Keys went down 32-37 at home to Doncaster.

So the odds must be on a high scoring game on Ladies Day at Goldington Road. Let's hope so.

Not far off a first choice team and we were very poor indeed. 19 - 3 to the good after about 20 minutes; 19 - 13 at half time and, out of the jaws of victory, we snatched a 22 - 23 defeat. Unbelievable! Missed tackles, spilt possession, butchered chances and a raft of other basic errors cost us the game. Credit must go to Cross Keys for digging in and being patient. We will do very well to get beyond the qualifying rounds of the B&I Cup this season.

That's why the cavalry are never first in the military order of battle.

If that was the cavalry then I don't hold out much hope for the fort(tress)

I thought people may be interested to see the match report not only way the game is reported but also how information is displayed for review.
