It's B&I time again with a trip to the valleys to take on Scarlets on Sunday. After last week's heroics there's a few changes to the Blues with James Pritchard, Henry Staff and Ollie Dodge all starting ..

There's also changes in the pack with Tom Williams, Sam James, Mike Howard, Justin Blanchet and Joel Conlon all coming in.

It will be an interesting game as for the first time in the seven-year history of the cross-border competition, Wales's four regions are entering Premiership Select sides instead of clubs. Our Pool Two  also includes Bristol and Ulster Ravens.
