Only Way Is Up

Richnmond made it a lot harder than anticipated but the 34-14 win was a welcome relief to Blues supporters. A glance at the table shows why ..  

Victory for the visitors would have put us bottom. Instead we have a mere eight points but that's eight more than a Richmond side who were no mugs and who will surely pick up some wins this season.

We had better be on our mettle.

In truth we have played some of the top clubs so this Friday's clash with the Titan's will be a much better indicator of where we might finish this season.

We go into it off the back of a six try haul against 'mond - including a hat trick for Pat Tapley as our plan to get the ball out wide paid off handsomely.
