Cornish Pirates are quickly becoming our favourite opposition. Games between the two sides generally involve try fests and as it's third v fourth at Goldington Road so expect similar this Saturday!
The Blues make loads of changes for the arrival of their nearest rivals.
Will Hooley, Michael Le Bourgeois and Dean Adamson start in the backs with Huw Worthington in for the injured Jarad Williams who has a badly broken thumb
In the engine room Sean McCarthy, Tom Lindsay, Ben Cooper, Jordan Onojaife and Alex Rae all return! We mean business.
Blues: 15. Rich Lane 14. Howard Packman 13. Rory Hutchinson 12. Michael LeBourgeois (captain) 11. Dean Adamson 10. Will Hooley 9. Jordan Burns 1. Sean McCarthy 2. Tom Lindsay 3. Ben Cooper 4. Jordan Onojaife 5. Will Carrick-Smith 6. Justin Blanchet 7. Alex Rae 8. Huw Worthington
Reps: George Edgson, Dave Spelman, Alex Penny, Ed Taylor, Ben Adams, Elliot Clement-Hill, Harry Sheppard

With all the things that have been going this week with talk of who’s coming and going.......
Tomorrow we face the ever colourful Cornish Pirates ......and even more colourful supporters.....let us enjoy the day........cross our fingers for a win and the hope the sun will shine........
And perhaps just for once the away team will stay seated......so the guys in the red seats can see the game........but whatever this game has all the hallmarks of a great game...........enjoy the day.....
I agree JW, team selection next week will be crucial If we are to really compete. Defence next week will be key to withstanding their attack. Personally for me I would start Sheppard @ 10 with the same back line with perhaps Dicko if he’s back too. In the two times we have faced Ealing this season Sheppard started both games and we were in the games up until he came off, especially re the game at Christmas. His defence is superb although doesn’t attack as much as Hooley, but controls the game just as well. The bench will play an Important role too. We need to have a bench that will keep up or increase pace & power when needed. This will be a really draining game so we need to select wisely. Pack more or less picks itself. I’m always wary of playing players that have signed for the oppo for next season. It will be an really exciting week for all us fans as well as the player and I can’t wait for it. Can we do it ? Yes we can and I think we will. Cmon you blues !
