The quickest way to put last week's Championship Cup hammering at Trailfinders out of our minds is to beat Coventry this week at Goldington Road.

Easier said than done, and the side which will take to the pitch will show nine changes with quite a few forced by injury.

Matt Worley, Joe Green, Ryan Hutler, Will Hooley and Grayson Hart all come into the backs and in the pack Sean McCarthy, Henry Paul, Jordan Onojaife and Joe Akinson all start.

Extra interest and motivation will be provided when Alafoti Fa'osiliva makes his debut from the bench.
