Lots to admire from the Blues as they eventually went down to the 11 internationals of Saracens. On the weekend that England failed to get a single side into the European Championship Semi-finals Sarries showed us what we were missing as we went down 54-13

We fought hard and Pat Tapley scored a superb try in the corner - our only one of the afternoon. 

Pride intact and playing at that intensity can do us no harm.

Sarries. Tries -Itoje (2), Billy Vunipola (2), Davies, Venter, Christie, Penalty try. 

Cons- Vunipola 6.

Blues: Tries - Tapley.

Cons - Maisey

Pens Matthews 2.
