Bedford Blues v Ampthill

Bedford Blues face Ampthill for the 20th time competitive meeting with the Bedfordshire Cup on the line.  This is the Blues last pre-season friendly before they face last years champtions - Ealing Trailfinders.  Here is the team news.

Firstly, I thought I would bring this page back to life as with an average crowd of 3,000 supporters we should be able to support a supporters page to talk about the Blues. For anyone wanting to help me with articles please send a message, as I am really busy most of the time!

Blues have rotated their team again this week with Hill and Pasco getting first starts in the backs and then Benson from Saints also makes his first start. Others that will be making their first appearance off the bench are Royston (this stint), Evans and Pater from Saints.  Smith also provides hooker cover.

It will also be a big day for Hosking and Finch, as neither at the moment has stood above the other to make the 7 shirt their own.
