Young Lions At Town

The England Under 21 side will be at Portman Road next month when they take on Moldova in a European Championship qualifier.

The game takes place on Tuesday the 15^th of August with an 8pm start and will be covered by Sky Sports.

 

Town chairman David Sheepshanks is delighted with the news, saying: “We're delighted that Portman Road will once again host a competitive England international, we were aware for sometime that we were on the list of approved clubs to host an England U21 international so to be told we will be the venue for a European Championship qualifier against Moldova is great news.

 

“I hope all football fans will come to Portman Road to support the country's brightest young stars.”

 

Tickets are priced at £10 for adults and £5 for juniors and concessions.
