Lazio Going Ahead

Town’s pre-season friendly with Lazio should still be going ahead despite the Italian club being relegated to Serie B.

Lazio, along with Juventus and Fiorentina have all be been relegated to Serie B after being found guilty in the Italian match fixing scandal, but Town still expect Lazio to visit Portman Road on the 28^th of July.

 

A spokesperson for Town said: “Lazio have been in touch this week inquiring about training facilities and accommodation so we are not anticipating any problems,”
