Walton extends Town Stay

Charlton have agreed to let Walton extend his stay at town for 3 more months that keeps him at town until 3rd January

 Simon Walton has been aloud to join Town for another 3 months making him avalible until the 3rd January.

Walton had been initially set to stay for 1 month but Magilton and Dowie have now agreed to make his stay 3 months long.

Jim said "When Simon goes back to Charlton he wants to be in contention for a first-team place and thats the attitude we would expect"

"But both Iain agreed that it will benefit the lad if he stays here with us and plays regular first-team football. This will give him valuable league experience"
