Scan For Wilnis

Town defender Fabian Wilnis will undergo a scan on his thigh to see if there is a deeper problem.

Fab was due to play against Birmingham on Saturday but was pulled out of the starting line up just 15 minutes before kick-off as his thigh reacted.

 

Town head of sports science Dave Williams: “Fabian felt his thigh again before kick-off at Birmingham and we will now have to see if there is an underlying problem, he will have a scan on Tuesday and we will go from there but obviously at the moment, he must be considered a doubt for the Sunderland game.”
