Town defender Fabian Wilnis feels Town manager Jim Magilton should stop chopping and changing his side so much.

Fabian: “Players need to know where they stand. I was in the stand for two games and then brought back into the first team.

 

“I had not played since the Coventry game five weeks ago and was bound to be a little rusty.

 

“Last season I was voted player of the year with the previous manager picking me consistently. He showed faith in me and this boosted confidence in myself.”
