Deano Loaned To Brighton

Town striker Dean Bowditch will be spending a month on-loan at League One side Brighton and Hove Albion.

The 20-year-old striker has fallen away from the first team picture at Town in recent weeks so Jim has decided the timing is right to allow him to leave for a month.

 

Town manager Jim Magilton: “Dean's not featured in the first-team over the last couple of weeks so this is a good opportunity for him to go out and get a run of games under his belt, he's scored a few goals in the reserves but needs regular first-team football and hopefully he can go to Brighton, play some games, score some goals and come back to us flying.

 

“We've seen the benefit of Danny going to Millwall on loan. He's come back full of confidence and determined to show he's worth a place in the team.”

 

Dean has also had loan spells at Burnley and Wycombe.
