No Mandaric Contact

Town chairman David Sheepshanks has denied reports that Russian millionaire Milan Mandaric wanted to buy Town.

Reports earlier in the week suggested that Mandaric was interested in buying Town after selling his stake in Portsmouth, but Mr Sheepshanks has said there was no contact between Town and the Russian who now looks set to buy Leicester City.

 

Sheepshanks: “Mr Mandaric never came to us with any proposals.”
