Danny Delighted

Town striker Danny Haynes is delighted to have come off the bench and score two goals against Norwich.

Haynes: “I was itching to get on to the pitch; it was a local derby and everyone wants to play, I think I scored with my second or third touch of the ball, it was fantastic - it couldn't have worked out better for me.

 

“It's great to score any goal in front of the North Stand but to score in front of them against Norwich is awesome.

 

“It was a fantastic team performance and I think that even the Norwich fans will agree that we deserved to win.

 

“I've been working on my touch in training and my second goal reflected that. I'll keep working hard in training and hope to make an impression on the gaffer.”
