Jim Saying Bye To Si

Town manger Jim Magilton does not expect to extend the loan of Charlton midfielder Simon Walton.

Walton is due to return to The Valley next month after more then four months at Town and sadly Jim does not expect him back.

 

Jim: “I'd like to keep Simon. He's a very good young player and I have been impressed with what he has brought to the Club.

 

“But although I've not spoken directly to Charlton, all the noises we are hearing say they want him back.

 

“I can understand that given their predicament in the Premiership at the moment so it looks as though he'll be returning to them in January.”
