Jim On Cup Tie

Town manager Jim Magilton is pleased that Town have been drawn at home in the next round of the FA Cup, if they beat Chester.

Town will play Swansea City at Portman Road if they can beat Chester in the 3^rd round replay next Tuesday.

 

Jim: “Swansea is a long way off at the moment, although getting a home draw is welcome, Chester is our first concern. They gave us plenty of problems on Saturday and we're just happy to still be in the competition.

 

“We will have to play a lot better in the replay than we did at the weekend if we are to reach the Fourth Round.”
