Macken Could Still Come

Town manager Jim Magilton has denied reports suggesting that former Town loanee Jon Macken has rejected a move to Town.

Macken has returned to Crystal Palace after his loan at Town ended earlier this month although he was expected to be back permanently, something that may still happen despite reports this weekend suggesting he had rejected an offer from Town.

 

Town manager Jim Magilton: “Talk of Jon turning down a permanent move here is news to me.

 

“There has been no contact between us and Palace since he left.”
