Ref To Check Video

Today’s referee Graham Laws will look at a video of David Wright’s red card and possibly over turn the decision.
Mr Laws sent awarded Colchester a penalty and sent off Wright for deliberate handball in final minute of the A12 derby earlier today.
Town boss Jim Magilton: “I thought David's sending off was a harsh decision.
“The ball was struck at him from a very short distance and it hit him on the shoulder but the referee has agreed to look at the incident again and we will take it from there.”
Wright added: “The ball hit me on the shoulder and I had no chance to get out of the way either.
“If it was my lower arm then fair enough, but it was my shoulder and it certainly wasn't deliberate.”
If the red card isn’t over turned Wright will miss the FA Cup tie against Swansea, a game where Town will already be without Richard Naylor (who may have picked up his 5th yellow today), Alex Bruce and Jason De Vos.
