Garvan And Gavin Updates

Town midfield duo Owen Garvan is recovering well from a knee injury while Gavin Williams will need to see a specialist about his pelvic injury.

Town’s head of sport science Dave Williams: “Gavin is on-going at the moment. We have carried out a number of tests and scans and he will see a specialist to see where we go from here.

 

“It's a new injury that he did in the Stoke game and is situated in the middle of his pelvic area, with the problem connected to his ligament there.

 

“He obviously missed the Crystal Palace game and at the moment, we can't say how long he will be out for.”

 

On Owen Dave said: “The signs are encouraging for Owen. His knee is improving and we'll have another look at him later in the week,”
