Scott Loaned To Wrexham

Town defender Scott Barron is joining League Two side Wrexham on a month long loan.

The 21-year-old has not featured for Town this season despite being named in a number of Town squads and Jim Magilton is hoping to get some games under his belt.

 

Jim: “Scott has been in the first-team squad this season but has not had a chance and we need to get him games, it's been well documented the problems we have had with lack of reserve team matches this season and we need to see him playing competitive football so we can have a look at him.

 

“He's travelling down to Wrexham with a view to him staying there initially for a month and then taking it from there.”
