Three Making Progress

Gavin Williams, Richard Naylor and Fabian Wilnis are all making good progress as they try to recover from injury.

As well as those three making good progress, Town captain Jason De Vos has shown no ill effects after his return to first team action.

Town’s head of sport science Dave Williams: “Jason came through 90 minutes on Tuesday and as you would expect, had some stiffness in his legs after being out for a month or so but he's had no other ill effects, Jon Walters took a knock in that game but he should be fine for the weekend and we are making progress with Gavin, Fabian and Bam Bam.

“Gavin is doing some work in the gym and improving and we will have another look at him next week to see if he needs another injection.

“Gavin says the injections are helping and is stepping up his work but we have to take it one day at a time. He's moving forward, though."

“Bam Bam has had another scan on his toe and the bone bruising is easing. He's progressing and so is Fabian.”
