Peters Praises Boss

Town midfielder Jaime Peters says his upturn in form has in part been down to Town manager Jim Magilton.

Jaime: “I have been quite happy with the way things have gone for me since the New Year, I had the same ability at the start of the season as I have now but maybe I lacked the concentration early on and I also got frustrated when my performances were not good enough.

 

“I spoke to the manager and he said he wanted me to go out and enjoy my football and not put too much pressure on myself. He encouraged me to go out and just play and that's what I have done.

 

“It seems to have worked as well. I know I still have a lot to learn and have a long way to go yet but I feel that I can bring something to the team and I need to make sure it stays that way every game.”
