Report: PNE 1-0 Town

Town slipped to yet another away defeat, this time going 1-0 down at Deepdale against play-off chasing Preston.

The home side took the lead after just six minutes when Michael Ricketts was allowed to have a free header inside the box which he made use of and powered it into the net.  

 

Town have now dropped to 17^th in the championship table.
