George Eyeing Good Finish

Town midfielder George O’Callaghan is hoping Town can finish this season with a flourish and carry that into next season.

George: “That's got to be the target, both for the team and myself.

 

“There is enough quality in the squad to be looking at finishing the season with an impressive run of results.

 

“Even during February when we couldn't score, I always felt that we were just a touch of luck away from things turning for us.

 

“We weren't getting the breaks when we needed them but we've had some good results lately and there is no reason why we can't go on a decent run now and set things up for next year.

 

“It's the same with myself. I have not really had a chance to get a consistent run in the side and I need to show the manager that I deserve that opportunity.

 

“I feel comfortable at this level and I have to keep working hard so that when I get a run in the team, I show everyone what I am capable of.”
