Jim: No Need To Sell
By Aston
May 9 2007
Town manager Jim Magilton says there is no need for him to sell any players during the summer for anything other then footballing reasons.
There have been rumours that striker Alan Lee will be on the way out but Jim says he wants to keep every one he wants at the club and Alan is one of them.
Jim: "I am under no pressure to sell anybody this summer, there is no danger of any player leaving the club who I want to stay as I feel I have the basis on which to build a successful squad.
"If it means the difference between bringing in the right player or not I will go down the road of listening to offers, there is a great deal of work going on behind the scenes and the plan is to bring in newcomers sooner rather than later."
