Bent Turns Down WHUFC

Former Town striker Darren Bent has reportedly turned down a move to West Ham United that could have landed Town more then £2million as part of the sell-on clause Town have with Charlton.

The move which was rumoured to be worth £18million to Charlton and £80,000 a week to Bent has been rejected by the 23-year-old striker.

Although this move has fallen through, a number of other clubs including Tottenham, Liverpool and Valencia are still reportedly keen on Bent who got 13 goals for Charlton last season.
