Bowditch Recovery Update

Town striker Dean Bowditch will be starting to train again next week after having a groin operation last month.

Most of the Town squad will be at Loughborough next week for training and the first of Town's pre-season games but Dean will be remaining in Ipswich.

Town physio Matt Byard: "The surgery has gone well and has certainly moved him further down the line on the road to recovery, we are looking at him beginning his rehabilitation next week while the rest of the squad are in Loughborough.

"It will be gentle work, easing him back into things and his progress will be monitored daily."
