De Vos Backs Boss

Town captain Jason De Vos has agreed with Town manager Jim Magilton following Town's exit in the Carling Cup at the hands of The MK Dons.
De Vos: "The manager was right to blast us after the match.
"He gave us some choice words, and we deserved them.
"To be honest we did not need to be told, as we know how we let ourselves down.
"We need to be more professional, and adopt the same attitude in cup games as we do in the league.
"Consistency is something that we lack and we could not raise our game last night.
"We were second best and although we had chances we did not take them.
"When it came down to penalties it was anybody's result.
"We showed character to pull back and go ahead, but we should never have allowed ourselves to go behind."
