Deano Eyeing Loan

Town striker Dean Bowditch is hoping to leave Portman Road on-loan again if Town manager Jim Magilton is happy for the 21-year-old striker to do so.

Bowditch scored a hat-trick for Town's reserves earlier in the week and he may be in the squad for the game against West Brom on Saturday as Alan Lee is a doubt with a hamstring injury.

Bowditch: "Before it was the same scenario, I went up to him (Jim Magilton) and asked if I could go out on loan and I got injured whilst I was out there which was a bit of a downer.

"But first-team football is what I need and if he (Magilton) is comfortable with the strikers he's got at the moment, it'll have to be elsewhere."
