Clarke Allowed Loan Exit

Town manager Jim Magilton says Billy Clarke will be allowed to leave Portman Road on-loan if the right club came in for him.
The 19-year-old striker has made six substitute appearances for Town this but all of them have come from the bench as he is now behind Alan Lee, Pablo Counago and Jon Walters in the pecking order at Portman Road so Jim is allowing him to go out on-loan.
Magilton said: "Billy is very much part of the first team squad but if the right opportunity came along for him to be playing regular first-team football elsewhere for a month that would be beneficial to him - then I would allow him to go."
