Williams Back In Action

Town midfielder Gavin William's stepped up his recovery from an ankle injury with a 70 minute run out for Town's reserves against a Tottenham XI earlier today.

Williams has been out of action since Town's pre-season game against Panathinaikos with the ankle injury but after today he appears to be in contention for Town's next game, against Cardiff a week on Saturday.

Town physio Matt Byard: "Gavin came through 70 odd minutes without any problems, it's obviously good news for Gavin and the Club and it's a case of him pushing on from here. Hopefully he will be in contention for the Cardiff game."
