Town After Sadler?

Reports in this mornings tabloid newspapers suggest Town want to sign Birmingham City defender Mat Sadler.

The 22-year-old is a product of the St Andrews youth set up and has made 58 starts for the Bluenoses since his debut in 2002, but only 5 of those starts have been this season with Franck Queudrue being preferred at left back this season.

Stoke City, Wolves and Watford are also reportedly keen on the former England U17 international and he has two and half years remaining on his current Birmingham deal so he would command a large fee.

Meanwhile, Southampton have joined the race to sign Plymouth midfielder David Norris after failing to sign him during the summer.
